To complement this product, the paint finish on the LR range is a high quality, architectural, powder coating. It is a highly durable, attractive finish with superb resistance to corrosion, heat, impact, abrasion and fading. The standard colour is Bleu 700 Sable but many other colours are available as a cost option in this high quality range of coatings.Beneath the paint finish, all steel parts are Nitro-Carburised. This is a low temperature treatment, which makes the material highly corrosion resistant.

Operating Instructions
calling and operating the lift from the Lower Level
 |
 |
If the lift is away from the lower level, press
and hold the bottom of the rocker switch (down
call) as indicated above. |
As the lift descends, a safety skirt around the bottom of
the platform prevents the lift from trapping objects as
the lift reaches the lower level. If this safety edge is
activated, the lift will stop. In this eventuality, press the
up button, clear the obstruction and continue the
descent. |
 |
 |
As the lift reaches the lower level there will be
a slight pause and the ramp will deploy
automatically. |
If there is an obstruction beneath the ramp as it
deploys, the ramp will stop. Once the obstruction has
been cleared, the ramp will continue to deploy. |
 |
 |
On entering the lift, ensure that you are central
on the platform. Press and hold the right hand
side of the switch (up call) as indicated above. |
On arrival at the upper level push the gate within 15
seconds and exit the lift. If you do not open the gate
within 15 seconds the gate will re-lock. To re-activate
the timer, press the up button once again. |
Calling the Lift from Upper Level
 |
 |
If the lift is away from the Upper level, press
and hold the bottom of the rocker switch as
indicated above. If the lift is already parked at
the upper level with the gate closed, press the
up button to activate the lock release and then
pull the gate open. |
Ensure that the gate is fully closed and press and hold
the down button as shown in Fig 8 above. |

As the lift reaches the lower level there will be a slight pause and the ramp will deploy automatically.
In Car Emergency Lowering
In the event of a power failure the platform can be lowered to the ground floor by operating the push button as you would in normal operation.
The lift incorporates a battery back up system that allows for the travelling platform to be operated up to 15 complete cycles in the event of a power failure.
Manual Lowering
In the event of mains power and battery failure, the lift can be simply lowered to the ground floor by operating the emergency-lowering valve located on the side panel below the lift control console. See Fig 10
Ensure power to the lift is turned off and the emergency stop button is pressed before executing this procedure. After using the emergency-lowering valve, twist and release the emergency stop button and restore power to the lift.
Gate/Door Not Opening
Insert the gate release key into its keyway as
shown in Fig 11, twist approx. ¼ turn. This will
release the door mechanism lock and the gate
can be pulled open.
Note: It is recommended you keep the door
release key in a convenient place in case of
an emergency. |
